Tout était parfait : l'accueil des propriétaire, le gite, le calme et la tranquillité, des vacances bien reposantes, même le beau temps. On a pu faire nos sorties de prévus. Tout était vraiment parfait pour se changer les idées. A recommander vivement.

Right to retract
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
