the lodging is located on the Island Madam, small island of 85 ha, placed at the input of Charente, vis-a-vis the Island of Aix and at the height Boyard. This island has the effect of being a peninsula with low tide, reachable in the vehicle, without danger, by a master key of sand and gravel of 1km length. It is moreover one classified natural site, recognized for the beauty of its natural landscapes and its tranquility. One can bathe there without danger in several places but its principal fame comes from fishing to foot which one can practise on an immense plate which discovers with low tide and on which one finds oysters, clams, crevettes..etc... A high tide, the amateurs of angling will find, easily, eels, plates, bars.

The lodging forms part of a real unit, formerly the farm of the island Madam, house big length, of full foot, shared in several dwellings or lodgings. That which relates to this offer finds with one of the ends.

It is composed of three rooms (including 2 independent), of a large living room with American kitchen (50 m2) and a chimney, of a veranda (25 M2)et of a privative park with sets of children of 200M2. The heating consists of a reversible air-conditioner for the electric radiator and living room for the rooms.

Lastly, a pontoon sail needle is associated this lodging. It is a structure of fishing, perched on pile, specific of our Charente-native coasts, which can be rented on request and according to the availability.

Un grand parc, fermé, se situe derrière le gîte. On peut y garer plusieurs voitures ainsi qu'un bateau sur remorque. C'est un terrain de jeu idéal pour les enfants (foot..etc....)
