très belle location typique de l'Ardèche où nous avons passé un bon séjour au calme avec un joli paysage, Très belle terrasse et des pièces spacieuses et une cuisine bien équipée tout est réuni pour se sentir bien à refaire

Right to retract
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
