In the shade of a chestnut tree bicentenary, pass from the holidays to calms, in a farmhouse typically of Provence which kept all its authenticity. Furnished with old (new mattresses and bath), it is directed full south and has the central heating (included in the price). The joint ownership on side with the owner (absent in the course of the day) is not awkward and place calms it is assured.

You will lay out: - with the DRC: - Kitchen of 23m² arranged - Living room 25m² with chimney giving on shaded terrace (barbecue-living room of garden) sight released on surrounding countryside; 500m² of ground approximately. Carpark in front of the house.

On the floor: - 1 room independent of 23m² (with bed 2 sea-green.) - 2 other open rooms (on the couloir)(environ 13m² chacune)avec 2 beds in 90 and 1 bed in 130. At the end of the corridor: roomy bathroom remade with nine (large shower), with WC independent.

With the foot of a perched village of Provence typical (trade, tennis and with 5kms public swimming pool). Near to the pond of Berre (5kms), with 25km approximately of the sea, the heart of an area rich in sites touristiques.(Marseille, Aix, Martigues, Beams, Arles, Living room...)

Access paths: with 8kms A54, 10kms A7,30kms of station TGV of Aix (40 kms of Avignon TGV), 23 kms of the airport Marseilles Provence.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
