All while maintaining the advantage of being close to the historical heart of the City of CAHORS and its gourmet restaurants.

The Villa SAINT CIRICE offers the pleasure of swimming in a huge heated pool overlooking a beautiful and distant view.

You can admire in particular the Castle of LABASTIDE MAHNAC, which lights up at nightfall: a show of beauty, as the flamboyant sunsets offered by the rare view of this location.

This large property consists of different buildings, modern and angular, which offer high and airy spaces for a particular use to each. It is also equipped with a large terrace with pergola, all at the edge of the sublime pool and heated bubble bath.

The cubic outdoor furniture, in harmony with the luxurious setting, invites you to relax after a moment spent in the hot water of the bubble bath.

The interior of the villa has a sober and minimalist decor. Black, white with touches of raw wood dominate. Everything is treated there; design and quality are ubiquitous.

The bright and spacious living room of 80 m² consists of a high cubic living room, a bright dining room overlooked by a mezzanine, and a long kitchen equipped with high-end German appliances. Everything is there to relax peacefully in the best conditions. The entire room is dotted with large glazed baths all overlooking views and pool.

There is a large master bedroom with bathroom directly overlooking the beautiful terrace. The latter decorated with the greatest care, offers a breathtaking view from its windows. In withdrawal, it is also equipped with a large dressing room.

On the ground floor we also find a second bedroom, an independent toilet and a laundry room. Via the latter, we have access to the large gym through a long, fully glazed hallway overlooking the park and the view. The impression of height remains ubiquitous because all ceilings are very high.

Going up the metal staircase we discover the high mezzanine made of a wide metal floor.

Option End of stay cleaning obligatory of 80 €.


From 1 July to 31 August: Linen and beach towels are provided free of charge depending on the number of rooms occupied (depending on the number of people).

Other periods: Linens and beach towels are optional. This option is 30 € / set of room. This option is to be paid in cash, on arrival, to the reception officer.


For French holidaymakers: It is asked the deposit by check of 1800 € not cashed the day of the arrival.

For foreign holidaymakers: The deposit is 800 €. It must be paid by bank transfer 15 days before the arrival date. This deposit will be refunded within the maximum period of 7 days after your departure.

Important for non-French holidaymakers: It is not possible to bring the deposit upon arrival. The person in charge of the reception is not authorized to receive the bonds of the foreigners.


Pool cleaning is provided every Saturday. If the installation is equipped with a robot, it will clean the pool during your stay.

The heating period of the pool is from mid May to the end of September.

Namely that the heating of the swimming pool starts automatically only if the outside temperature of the air is higher than 18 ° c. And this for a period of time more than 8h.

The pool is not always technically heatable, especially outside the period from mid-May to the end of September.


The bubble bath is heated all year round.
