Located on the Costa Dorada to L' Ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Les Tres Cales, with a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 800 m 2.

This 130 m 2 large detached villa is attractively furnished, decorated with Mediterranean and Oriental influences, no effort is spared to make your holiday in optimal comfort.

The living room is furnished with a dining area and sitting area with satellite TV, 50 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The seating area is equipped with a fan. A double garden door gives you access to the spacious covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool. A fully equipped and closed kitchen provided with all comfort, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also one can rely on sufficient table accessories. The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace with large wooden table and chairs. In a separate room you have a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The four bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have two single beds (0.80x2.00m) placed away from each other, a third bedroom has three single beds (0.90x2.00m) of which two are placed against each other. The fourth bedroom has two single beds (0.90x2.00m) placed against each other. All bedrooms have modern clothes hanging modules, night tables and are tastefully and individually decorated. All the bedrooms are equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from 15 June till 15 September). The villa has a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A second bathroom is equipped with a closed shower with a wall in glass, a sink and toilet.

Adjacent to the villa at the level of the living room and the kitchen is located the spacious covered terrace, slightly lower the 110m2 large sun terraces in natural stone with included the private pool. The large swimming pool (5x10m) with a wide Roman walk-in stairs, is inlaid with mosaic tiles and is equipped with halogen lighting. Around the pool you have wooden sunbeds all equipped with cushions, this to increase the comfort. An outdoor shower with cold water is located at the edge of the sun terrace. The upper terrace has a full view over the pool, slants over wide stairs in natural stone to the lower sun terrace, surrounded with flower boxes with tropical plants and seating area for chilling. In this tropical landscaped garden there are many different types of palm trees, Provencal plants and herbs. In the vicinity of the villa there is a fixed barbecue zone and storage area with shelves for the cushions of the sunbeds. On the side of the villa you have a clothesline to dry the laundry.

In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge. The villa has been protected with iron grills and shutters. There is place in the secluded garden to park two cars.

The residential urbanization Les Tres Cales is located right and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches. The Villa is located at 3100m from the sea and one of the coves with fine sand Cala Forn beach.
Les Tres Cales has a small commercial centre (at 1200m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Features a sporty zone (at 600m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque fishing village of L' Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between sun and sea, people and nature.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
