Detached villa at L ' Ametlla the mar in urbanization Calafat. Villa has been situated in a coming to an end street bordering to a green area. Only 300 m of the beach Calla Llobeta.

The detached villa is situated in a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 500 m 2. The 100 m 2 large villa is tastefully decorated with Mediterranean influences and no effort is spared to make your holiday comfort optimal.

Classification: The L-shaped living room, is divided into a dining area and a sitting area with satellite TV, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. The double garden doors on the side gives access to the sun terrace with view on the pool provided with a large L-shaped lounge seating area to lounge and chill. The entrance door opens on to the covered terrace at the front, overlooking the swimming pool and is equipped with a large dining table (2.60x0.78) with 8 chairs. A spacious kitchen with 5 burner gas ring, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also one can rely on sufficient table accessories. The washing machine is in a separate room in the courtyard. There is also an ironing board and iron available.

The central corridor gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the indoor luxurious bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom has two single bunk beds (4 persons) 90 x 2.00 m. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets will not be available from 15 June till 15 September).

The luxurious bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, a rain shower, toilet and a hairdryer. Hidden behind a bamboo forest in the garden, is the outdoor shower room equipped with a sink and shower provided with hot and cold water.

Adjacent to the villa and private pool are the terraces laid out in natural stone and surrounded by tropical vegetation. These are beautifully lightened in the evening. From the front and terraces you can see the private pool (8x4m) with roman steps, inlaid with mosaics and equipped with halogen lights. The villa has garden furniture, wooden sun beds and a large L-shaped lounge seat all equipped with pillows, this to increase your comfort. In the garden, behind a bamboo ‘forest’ and adjacent to the kitchen, there is a permanent outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink also additional a table and chairs. By the sandy path in the green zone, which runs behind the plot, you are 300m from the beach (Cala Llobeta).

In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is secured with iron grills and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. The garden is fully enclosed.

The residential urbanization of Calafat is located right and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches, with its own Marina Port Calafat and Bay with fine sandy beach Cala Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial centre (400 m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports area with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc.

Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque and fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between Sun and sea, man and nature.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
