We, of Breton origin, own this typical fisherman house from some years now. Transformed over months into a beautiful holiday house (renovated in 2011), it is now open for our guests, where they can enjoy their vacations including comfortable and modern house equipment.

It is a quiet and beautiful place, typical of seaside living.
Located in the heart of the “Côte des Légendes” and Pagan country, in the coastal resort of Brignogan-Plage, our fisherman’s cottage is accessible by a small private way, it is located 150 meters from Chardons Bleus beach, 200 meters from Chardons Bleus holiday resort and 5 minutes walk from Pontusval lighthouse.
There is no noise disturbances : the environment is very quiet, except the sweet sound of the waves…
Full bed linen and shower towels are included in the price list. Do not forget to bring your beach towels !

The house is kids friendly: baby’s bed, high chair, maxicosi and 3 wheeled stroller are available.
A docile pet is allowed.

The house disposes of 3 independant bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two on the first floor.
For your convenience, the garden is completely enclosed. 5 bicycles are available for bike rides on the coast. Photos available on request.

Cooking a armorican lobster, reading a book on the sunny terrace, enjoying a fresh bottle of “Séhédic” cider : all those times are sign of a unforgettable holidays !

    superbe location .on se sent comme a la maison . chambres agreables et spacieuses . une cuisine tres bien equipée il y a tout ... maison plein sud baignee de soleil . jardin clos et trés bien . bref le la recommande . ne pas hesiter .

    Excellent séjour. Aucune critique à formuler, que des louanges à adresser au propriétaire. Tous les commentaires mentionnés sur le livre d'or sont conformes à la réalité.

    Idéale pour une famille nombreuse. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. Elle est parfaitement adaptée. Le jardin est clos ce qui permet de laisser les enfants dans le jardin. Pour les bébés, tout y est, ne chargé pas votre voiture pour rien. L'équipement est digne d'une maison personnelle, lave vaisselle, lave-linge, grand frigo et surtout une cuisinière à faire palîr les grands chefs. Bref rien à dire. La proximité des plages et des balades sont très intéressantes. Bonne vacances

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
