suite au covid19 nous avons du annuler notre séjour, Mr Pierre Dacquin n'a jamais répondu ni au téléphone ni au mail malgré notre insistance pour le joindre, il n'est pas correct d'ignorer nos appels. Un grand manque de politesse de sa part, faire attention si vous voulez réserver. TRES TRES DECUE et quel manque de politesse de sa part

Right to retract
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.
