Perpignan: Sunny flat, quiet area, barbecue.

Flat (69 sqm) recently renovated, sunny and bright (3 sides : East, South and West), with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a new open kitchen fully equiped (Induction hobs, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, cofee maker, electric kettle, crockery and complete kitchen ustensils…) + TV (with access to cable channels), free access to Wireless internet, central heating and air-conditioning, double glazing and electric shutters.
We also leave at your disposal for free all the necessary house linen : towels, flannels, bedsheets, duvets and blankets, table napkins and tea towels plus  a selection of first necessity products.
You will thus find at your disposal on your arrival sodas, water, coffee, tea, herb tea, cocoa, milk, butter, breakfast rusks.
You will be welcome to use essential ingredients to cook: salt, pepper, caster sugar, lump sugar, flour,a selection of  spices, oïl and vinegar.
Various cleaning products including washing-up and dishwashing liquid are equally at your disposal.
You will also find shampoo, tablets of soap, hand wash soap in the bathroom.

The flat occupies the first floor of our house but is totally independent from it (we live in the apartment of the ground floor). You will be very welcome to use our garden whenever you like, with its barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, big table and chairs in the pergola.

The flat is 300 metres from San Vicens park, 400 metres from a large shopping area, 200 metres from local shops (bakery, butchery, grocery and bank), 500 metres from several bars and restaurants as well as a
market.

It will take you 10 minutes to drive to the seaside and the beach, 7 minutes to get to the city centre by car and 30 minutes to drive to Spain.

The house is in a blind alley where you can easily park for free in front of the flat.

2 different bus lines run near the flat.

If you arrive on a train or plane, we will be very happy to come and get you at the station or the airport.

Non-smoking apartment. No animals.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Prices: 52 € - 67 € / day
Cleaning fee are included in the price.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
