Construction 2005 - The apartment has a living room with American kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is endowed with a covered terrace extending by a privative garden sported and closed of flowering hedge, equipped with a barbecue. Direct access to the swimming pools of the residence (small bath and large bath).

Located 200m from the marina and the beach (large sandy beach, low slope - you walk far - extending that of SAGUNTO, neighboring town.), By pedestrian access, the apartment is in a neighborhood of small buildings (2 to 4 floors). It has a garage parking space in the basement of the building (elevator leading into the lobby of the building). The apartment also has its own pedestrian access to the street through a garden gate.

CANET DE BERENGUER (Valencian Country), a coastal town, is 35 kilometers from VALENCIA, with many monuments, both old and new, museums, large parks and sports fields, 7 kilometers from SAGUNTO, a historic city attached to first foothills of the mountain. The coastal plain between the two cities is dedicated to orange plantations. In half an hour of car, one is at the top of a mountain (the Garbi for example), from where one discovers the wooded slopes of pines in the foreground, the fortress of SAGUNTO which dominates his city for several kilometers then, then in the plain the? orange fields stretching to the first construction by the sea.

The apartment, located 10 minutes from the motorway, is located:
- 35 km from VALENCE (25 minutes by car), city of 800,000 inhabitants. See the Cathedral, the old neighborhoods, and near the port (where the America Cup was contested), the modern districts (Cité des sciences - Auditorium - The largest aquarium in Europe ...). The city has managed to combine modernism and tradition. It is the place of celebration in March, Fallas, festivals that attract visitors from around the world.
- 7 kilometers from SAGUNTO, one of the historical highlights of Spain (Cid epic). The old city is crowned with immense fortified walls (Roman then Arab), which are visited. A large Roman theater, carved in the hill, has been restored, and many shows are given there.
The mountain starts 5 kilometers from the sea.

The bathroom of 5 m2 includes a sink (1 basin), with wall mirror and cupboard below, a bidet, a toilet and a large shower and a washing machine. It is equipped with radiant heating and a washing machine.
Entrance includes coat rack and storage cabinet. The living room is equipped with:
- for the dining part of an extendable wooden table receiving 6 people in its short version, wooden chairs.
- For the living room, a TV stand (with flat screen TV - Spanish channels and French satellite channels), coffee table, armchair, sofa bed and stereo on shelves.
- For the fully equipped kitchen part, a sink, a built-in cabinet with oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ....? The covered terrace, south facing, includes a garden furniture, 6 armchairs and 2 sun loungers. It is equipped in addition to a large canvas awning that develops over 3 meters, which doubles the surface of the terrace.

The garden (gravelled) is surrounded by flowering hedges. It is equipped with an automatic watering of the plantations. It compotes a massive with olive and aromatic plants.

Rates are quoted per week, and for the entire rental, for up to 5 people. Blankets, duvets are provided as well as sheets and towels. Rates include water and electricity and all taxes. A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be paid at the time of booking (to be returned with the booking contract, then the balance no later than 35 days before entry into the premises. A deposit of 500 Euros will be received by sending the keys, by mail, and will be returned within 15 days of their return.
Regardless of the length of stay, a flat rate of 60 Euros will be charged for the cleaning of the apartment before the arrival of the new occupants, as well as the supply of sheets and towels (beach towels are not provided) .

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
