Cherbonnières cute village Saintonge on the Ways of Saint Jacques de Compostela, 6 km of Aulnay de Saintonge church which is classified by UNESCO. Cherbonnières has managed to preserve the shadow of the octagonal tower of his church. On one of its hills (106m above sea level the highest point in Charente Maritime) you will discover a beautiful landscape at 360 °. Sunday morning in Aulnay discover the most charming markets and taste the local productions.

Since the place of marked trails 200kms town await you. These equestrian footpaths and cycling, wind through valleys, vineyards, fields or wood (mountain bikes for adults and children are available for free to the lodging and a baby seat) to discover beautiful landscapes in all seasons.

 The Atlantic Ocean, the island of Ré or Oléron white, La Rochelle (aquarium, ports, Old Town)), Cognac (visit the cellars and cooperage), Angouleme (quoted from BD), Saintes (Gallo Roman town ), Rochefort (Royal Rope, Hermione), discoveries at a maximum time of your residence. Le Clos Saint Martin incorporates the original accommodation created in 2010 by its architect owner. Cottage with a living area of ??65m2 with 38m2 private terrace with unobstructed views, large gardens and meadows was born from the transformation of an old barn. Equipment and decor are upscale.
Atypical, heated pool (10mX4,5m) is on stage and complete the set. This cottage sleeps up to 6 people maximum.
  -A Bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 bed, closet, library, flat screen TV DTT, views campagne.Draps provided.

  -A Lavatory with large washbasin with drawers, walk-in shower (1,20mX1,20m) with rain effect, suspended toilet.

   -A Fitted kitchen, 4 gas burners, hood, microwave / oven, griddle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker, kettle etc ... you facilitate the preparation of regional dishes.

   * Living / dining room, sofa bed comfortable 140X190, chairs, coffee table, dresser, closet, flat screen TV TNT, directly on your private terrace by a large sliding door 4m which opens in full (see photos) .A direct access will allow you to enjoy the garden or still meet the horses separated by a fence.

   - Optional second bedroom (mini suite) adjoining the cottage has two 0,90x1,90 beds, toilet with shower, sink and toilet, closet.
    -Furniture, Tables and carefully selected decoration. Accommodation with plenty of storage.

    -The Terrace, wooden walkways, sheltered from observation, and decorated with flowers and plants overlooking the gardens and countryside. Chairs and outdoor furniture to furnish complete. The location is ideal for lunch or dinner.

    -Several Equipped relaxation corners complement the gardens. The little tree house and gaming portal will delight your children.
   -The Heated pool (from May 30 to September 15) touching the house. It is freely available and protected according to the standards (alarm and safety gate).

    -Barbecue And plancha are also available, but also a laundry with washing machine, dryer (except July / August), central steam ironing, all for free.

     -For Baby bed (sheets not supplied) and high chair waiting for him.

     -A Private garage and a bicycle storage ensemble.Trois the bikes (MTB) adults two children are freely available and a baby seat.
From 15 September to 14 May electricity is charged in addition to the rental price (0,20cts / kw, counter to the lodging). Sheets, towels, water, electricity, tourist tax not included in the rental price.

    Alain indique "piscine chauffée". C'est vrai... mais à 21°; ce serait sympathique de le signaler clairement dans l'annonce. Alain est très sympathique, discret et à l'écoute de ses clients.

    Merci pour votre commentaire Hervé. C'est vrai que vous avez joué de malchance avec la météo, nuit froide pluie et autre et que le système de chauffage peinait. Mais sans lui l'eau aurait été bien plus froide encore. Des locataires arrivés le 13 septembre bénéficiaient eux d'une météo ''normale '' et l'eau était jusqu'à fin septembre à 24° en moyenne. Merci de votre intérêt pour ma santé, mais il y a fort heureusement un mieux. Bonne continuation. Très cordialement. ALAIN

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte très fonctionnel et où l'on se sent immédiatement à son aise. Une semaine de beau temps qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement d'une belle piscine spacieuse, du cheval Volcan (sympa de le voir évoluer librement dans le jardin...) et de faire des promenades à vélo (gracieusement mis à disposition). Un propriétaire à l'écoute, à la fois présent et très discret. Une adresse à recommander !! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !!

    Très beau gîte, agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaire sympathique, discret et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Un cadre paisible calme ou il fait bon se reposer en famille. Nous avons bien profiter de la belle piscine. Quel plaisir de se réveiller au chant des oiseaux, de bénéficier de la visite quotidienne des chevaux et de passer d'agréables soirées sur la terrasse. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation
