Located 1 km from the village of Lorgues, on a hill covered with olive trees, this property of 5000 m² designed by a landscape enjoys an exceptional view of the Massif des Maures.

It is the wood, stone and terracotta dominate the house. It is in 3 parts including 2 connected by a large veranda with windows that open. This is where people meet to share meals or suspend his hammock. It overlooks the swimming pool (6x6), facing south, open to nature.

The first wing of the house is an independent studio with a large bedroom for 2 people (possibility of 4 beds on request), bathroom, toilet, kitchen and terrace. The second wing includes a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom for 2 people, bathroom, separate toilet and terrace. The third part consists of a room for 1 or 2 people with bathroom and toilet. Thus one can share places independently.

Around the villa, the planted garden allows children to pitch their tents in the shade. We can play bowls on the gravelled courtyard.

    Cette villa est un enchantement. Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires au calme, la maison est située en pleine nature à environ 5 minutes du village (ne surtout pas rater le marché provencal hebdomadaire). La propriété est accueillante et spacieuse, elle offre une multitude d'endroits parfaits si on souhaite s'isoler.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
