Bastide Rouge is a comfortable and cosy detached Provençal house for 6 persons with private swimming pool. The Bastide is located within walking distance of the charming village Cotignac. From the terrace and from the living room you can see the typical rock and shading of houses and roofs of Cotignac. Also at night the lights of Cotignac offer a fascinating view. The privacy of the home is optimal, and that while the house is near the entrance to Cotignac. Bastide Rouge has a garden divided into terraces and is located on the grounds of 5000m2.

Entering Bastide Rouge the front door takes you directly into the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and 4-ring ceramic hob. From the lounge you have access to the terrace with wonderful views over the wooded area and the village Cotignac with its typical cliff, the Falaise. A perfect terrace to enjoy your grilled steak from the gas-barbecue, or just relax with a nice glass of rosé. From the entrance you enter a hall with toilet and access to a bedroom with 2 beds and a private bathroom / toilet and shower. There are doors to a second terrace which overlooks the pool.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms that share a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The pool of 5 x 10 meter can be accessed from the ground floor or from the terrace on the upper floor via a small staircase. The terraces are provided with sufficient seating and sun loungers.

The house is ideally situated for a wide range of activities to enjoy, including: fishing, kayaking, cycling / mountain biking and hiking through the nearby vineyards. There are enough golf courses in the area and also playing tennis and horseback riding is possible. On about 45 minutes distance you can admire the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, ideal for mountain climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, pedalos e.g. The beach and sea can be reached within 45 minutes.
