    tres bien situe belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer.appartement spacieux .belles prestations.il ne manque que la WIFI et un lave vaisselle.nous reviendrons.

    Appartement trés bien agencé. Terrasse trés agréable. environnement calme.pour le repos c'est l'idéal. il manque juste quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine mais qui sont dérisoires pour des vacances.

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.

En dehors de ces motifs d'empêchement, le remboursement intégral ne s'applique pas. Nous vous invitons par ailleurs à vérifier qu'une clause relative à ce motif d'annulation soit mentionnée dans votre contrat de location.
