Located in the hills outside the city, in a quiet but not isolated, the Villa is easily accessible from the A8 motorway (Le Muy exit)
It is in a central position in relation to the main tourist sites: St Raphaël, Ste Maxime, St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes and Juan les Pins are between 30 and 1 hour drive.
It is also close to the Provencal hinterland: less than an hour's drive you can reach Tourtour, Moustiers Ste Marie, Lake Ste Croix, Verdon gorges, Bandol vineyards and Côtes de Provence.

Well maintained and equipped, exposed South and West, it has a very large terrace with a large pergola overlooking a beautiful pool of 10m x 4m, secured by automatic shutter, as well as a summer kitchen with barbecue Weber to gas.
The property and its facilities are completely private and reserved for the only use of its occupants. There are no vis-à-vis neighborhood, several cars can easily be parked there.

Inside, on the ground floor and overlooking the terrace, there is a large living room and dining room, an independent kitchen and an air-conditioned bedroom. There is also a bathroom, separate WC and a storeroom.
Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with large shower and separate WC.

The villa can accommodate 6 occupants (all non smokers) pets are not allowed.

    Calme, confort, une maison avec toutes les facilités et aménagée avec goût, chambres climatisées, une magnifique piscine pour se rafraichir. Une situation qui permet de découvrir de nombreux petits villages typiques. De plus Annick et Michel les propriétaires, nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour garantir notre bien-être durant notre séjour. Un tout grand merci à eux. A recommander vivement.     Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette location. Tout le nécessaire est présent, la maison reste fraiche malgré la canicule ! La climatisation dans les chambres est un grand plus !! Très belle région ! La piscine et les extérieurs sont super agréable !!

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
