New house (completed in April 2018), with all the elements of comfort, and overlooking a private garden not overlooked, facing south.
Three bedrooms are available with modular beds offering multiple possibilities. A room with bed of 140, in the second a bunk bed of 140 and 90, the third equipped with bed 160 or twin (2 X 80).
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The sleeping area is organized around a large living room (35m²) very bright overlooking a large terrace.
This is an ideal holiday home located 200m from the beach st Jean and close to the center of the Epine animated by its shops.
The house is close to bike paths, to go around the island or to go to Noirmoutier on the island 4 km, two bikes are available to holidaymakers.
The house is tastefully decorated, it has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday.
In the garden not overlooked you will spend pleasant moments enjoying the deckchairs in the shade of a century old apple tree.
We offer bed linen rental for 15 € per bed

    Stay from 07/21/2018 until 08/04/2018

    Louée en juillet 2018. Location fonctionnelle, calme, et proche de la plage. Déco sympa. Jardin sans vis à vis et très calme Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. La région est à voir et à revoir.

Right of withdrawal - Applicable Civil Code rules

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.

Pour toute annulation jusqu'à 24h avant votre arrivée, ce propriétaire s'engage à vous rembourser intégralement en cas de mise en place par l'Etat de dispositions réglementaires liées à la crise sanitaire du Covid-19 vous empêchant de vous rendre sur votre lieu de vacances (confinement, restriction ou interdiction de déplacement, etc.) ou empêchant le propriétaire de mettre à votre disposition sa location (arrêtés préfectoraux interdisant la location saisonnière, conditions sanitaires, mise en isolement du bien et/ou du propriétaire, etc.)

En dehors de ces motifs d'empêchement, le remboursement intégral ne s'applique pas. Nous vous invitons par ailleurs à vérifier qu'une clause relative à ce motif d'annulation soit mentionnée dans votre contrat de location.
