    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison au calme. Un accueil des propriétaires dévoués avec beaucoup d'informations sur la région et les bonnes adresses. La maison est proche de tous les grands points d'intérêt (plages, Saintes, Royan, la Rochelle, parc animalier, ferme laitières avec du bon lait frais à 10min...). La piscine à fait le plaisir des grands et des petits avec sa protection qui est un plus lors de temps mitigé. Nous savons où revenir pour un prochain séjour dans la région.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
