Between Morlaix and Lannion, our house is located in ST-EFFLAM.

It is a house of 3 rooms, very light feet in the water with a sea view impregnable. From the garden, a small staircase descends directly on the beach of fine sand.

At Ground floor:
Kitchen (hotplate 4 fires, oven, microwave, refrigerator
freezer, dishwasher). Complete equipment (electric coffeemaker, toaster, kettle…).
Dining: Coin meal with window opening onto the beach. Corner lounge sofa with sofa bed, fireplace with granite inserts, color TV, VCR, DVD player, bay window opening onto a wide wooden terrace.
Bedroom bed 140 cm. Door-window opening onto the garden.
Bathroom (shower, basin on furniture, dry towel). Here with changing table. Sep. + Cabinet with toilet bowl on furniture and toilets.
A létage:
Corridor to reach the chamber létage (2 beds of 90 cm and a small wooden bed equipped for a child).
On the mezzanine floor with bed 140 cm
Cabanon with washing machine, dryer, wood reserve and beach toys.

Great terrace, garden furniture complete, barbecue, interior terminal closed for a car. Baby equipment (high chair, baby bed, table baby).

    Très belle location idéalement située. Un accueil chaleureux de Marie-Noelle et Pascal. Tout est réuni pour passer de merveilleuses vacances.

    Le site et la vue sont magnifiques. La maison est agréable à habiter, très bien équipée et surtout très propre (lingerie et literie inclues). Il y a meme pleins de jouets et DVD pour enfants. Le petit jardin avec vue sur la mer est un "plus" très appréciable quand il fait beau (nous aimions prendre les repas dehors sur la terrasse où il y a une grande table avec parasol). Les supermarchés sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont fort aimables. Nous recommendons sans réserve!

    Agréable séjour pour la Marée du Siècle dans une maison très bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux de M. et Mme Le Roux avec un panier de produits du terroir. Je recommande vivement cette location pour petits et grands. Un seul regret ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps.

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
