This charming property is set in an idyllic and peaceful area of the Périgord Noir close to many of the most famous sites of interest. Argiller is also located just 4 kms from the tiny village of St Léon sur Vézère, one of the moste beautiful village in France with its grocery shop, café with sunny terraces, boulangerie and local restaurant. You may enjoy the advantages of a rural environment whilst being close to all modern amenities.

The large property has been build to a high standard and may comfortably accommodate for up to 8 guests in about 130 m².

On the ground floor you will find :

a stylish dining/living room :the decoration is quite modern and create an attractive contrast between the old oak beams. There are also the added facilities of television and a mini hi-fi for entertainment.
a fully equipped kitchen : dishwasher, oven, gas hob top, fridge-freezer, microwave and all necessities
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bathroom with a bath equipped with a shower, a wash basin, a toilet and a washing machine.
On the first floor :

Bedroom 2 with a double bed and an en-suite shower room
Bedroom 3 with two single beds
Bedroom 4 with two single beds which can be put together for having an extra double bed
a separate shower room.
Outside :

private enclosed swimming pool measures 10 x 5m for the security of our children
a large barbecue is also located in front of the swimming pool for warm summer evenings and dining in the open air.
the terrace, situated in front of the house where garden furniture and parasols allow for relaxing and enjoying the extensive views of the countryside.
The sunbeds allow for relaxing whilst the table-tennis facility will keep the young or 'young at heart' amused for hours in the beautiful garden
The friendly owners live just a couple of hundred metres away in a separate property but are always at hand and happy to help if guests have any particular needs or need some orientation around the local area.

We feel happy to suggest that any guest will find "Argiller" an ideal property to enhance thier visit to the Perigord.

    Nous étions 4 couples d'adultes, et nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances dans cette belle maison confortable et au calme. Les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute de nos demandes, et ils nous ont offert un petit cadeau de bienvenue très sympathique. Belle cuisine, avec assez d'ustensiles pour bien faire la cuisine. Belle terrasse : nous avons mangé plusieurs fois dehors. Les salles de bain mériteraient d'avoir des mitigeurs, pour plus de confort. Beau jardin ombragé pour la sieste.

    Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. Le gite etait vraiment très bien et quel plaisir de se reposer et de profiter de la terrasse. Nous conseillons cette location.

    Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour une location tres bien equipee a tous les niveaux notre seul regret et de ne pas avoir eu l'occasion de profiter plus de la piscine et de manger dehors mais ce n'est pas de votre ressort nous envisageons d'y retourner l'été prochain et merci de votre aide durant ce sejour G.Schehr

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
