    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un endroit magnifique. Petite maison sympathique avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une bonne semaine. Les enfants et nous-mêmes avons été enchantés. Calme et tranquillité assuré. Recommandé fortement.

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
