House completely ground floor, you will find a large living room / kitchen of 55 m2 with stone wall and "firm" decorative.

In this beautiful bright living space you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooking plate with 4 burners, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, extractor fan, kettle, coffee maker, complete utensils and crockery.

The dining area consists of a large square table, the living area consisting of a sofa with coffee table and flat screen TV.
Enjoy the use of internet access in the whole house but also with wired fixed points to ensure maximum throughput to work if necessary.

The first garden room is equipped with a 160x200 bed and a dressing room.


The 2nd bedroom garden side to share with children is equipped with 2 single beds.
Wardrobe / closet and dresser available.

3rd adult room has a double bed and a closet.

The bathroom consists of a walk in shower, a bath and a closet with large mirror and double washbasin.

Outdoors: a large south facing terrace with views of the mountains and the mill for your enjoy your breakfasts and barbecues with family or friends.
