In the heart of the village, on the outskirts of Aubenas, it's like to be in town in the countryside, in a green and quiet environment. House 100 m2, garden 250 m2 closed by walls and gates,
covered and shaded terrace to the west, garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock, BBQ wood and charcoal and plancha, and also electric plancha table.
House furnished comfort, labeled "furnished 3-star tourism" in 2015, renovated, not overlooked garden side, balcony side village center (street).
Location for 2 cars in the courtyard and a place in front of the gate on private site.
All local shops in village; supermarket LECLERC and its shopping mall 5 minutes walk

Comfort for 4 to 5/6 people (2 bedrooms + 1 extra bedroom not closed with very comfortable BZ).
1 bathroom / WC on the 1st floor;
 1 bathroom / WC on the ground floor

Non smoking house, inside, THANKS.
Pets allowed, but not in bedrooms or on armchairs and sofas. To do with owner.

We are spoiled for choice for quality performances!

The ornate cave of Pont d'Arc, known as 'Cave of the Pont d'Arc' is 30 minutes. Reservations are open on the site ardeche-lacavernedupontdarc.fr
Visit the cities of Avignon, Arles, Nîmes, all Provence and the sea to 120 km. (Le Grau du Roi, Palavas)
The safari of Peaugres at about 1h40 by the A7 or by the national road.
