maison tres agreable et tres propre, elle respire la fraicheur les proprietaires sont tres agreables et serviables le spa a été tres apprecié par toute la famille c est la location souhaitée pour passer de tres bonnes vacances en famille cest sur on va y revenir!!!

Right to retract
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.

En dehors de ces motifs d'empêchement, le remboursement intégral ne s'applique pas. Nous vous invitons par ailleurs à vérifier qu'une clause relative à ce motif d'annulation soit mentionnée dans votre contrat de location.
