    nous avons chercher un gîte d 12 personnes pour faire la fête lors d'un anniversaire, nous étions comblés bel endroit avec toutes commodités et non loin des beaux sites de sint malo dinard dinan des propriétaires très sympathiques et très à l'écoute des locataires nous vous recommandons ce gîte. des locquirocois

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
