    Appart très agréable et bien situé. Bien équipé et spacieux. Idéal pour des vacances au calme proche du centre de St Jean de Luz. La propriétaire est pleine d'attentions.

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce magnifique appartement. Tout est conforme à la description faite sur le site. Mme Casterez est "aux petits soins" pour ces locataires avec nombres d'explications & indications laissées à leur attention. L'appartement, de standing, est en très bon état, très propre et fonctionnel. A recommander sans aucune hésitation !

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
