Location 2 ** open from 1 January to 31 December, weekly rentals, weekend, or various lengths, 10 km from Rodez in a hamlet, 5 minutes to all amenities (grocery store, doctor, pharmacy, nursing etc. etc.), fully equipped holiday cottage for:
Detached house (renovated in 2009) on sac comprising:
- Serving as a basement cellar
- A ground floor forming a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, hob 4 gas safe, Washing Machine, Micro Wave, Fridge Freezer with ***, Dishes compartment), living room (1 sofa and 1 chair, TV TNT) and toilet.
- A balcony of 10 m2 with stunning views (several kilometers) on the campaign to Lévézou.
- A floor including:
2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed and wardrobe and the other with 2 beds 90 and the possibility of a child / teenager 3rd bed or an "umbrella" for cot).
1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A small field with private parking.

- The cottage is located 10 km from Rodez, 10 km from Rodez airport, 70 km from Millau, 30 km from Conques, etc.
- 1 hour from the ski slopes of Laguiole and Brameloup

- Ability to be accompanied by the town of Rodez visits (cathedral, museum SOULAGES) Millau Viaduct, Du cattle market Laissac every Tuesday (2nd market in France) Roquefort cheese caves, the cutlery Laguiole village belcastel, the vineyards of Marcillac Vallon, the village of Conques, etc.etc.
- Possibility of first flights on Lakes Lévézou or otherwise.
- Walk along the Gorges du Tarn.

Price: € 400 per week in high season 2018 week 27 to week 35
          € 350 per week other months electricity and heating included

    Accueil très chaleureux dans ce gite très bien situé et très bien équipé à un prix très raisonnable. Endroit calme avec une vue magnifique, proche de nombreux sites touristiqes. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur sens de l'hospitalité. Un site à recommander.

    Gite très propre et très équipé. Rare de trouver une box à ce prix de location. Fiches de randonnées maison dans les alentours proches, départ du gite, bienvenues! Seul hic, l'Aveyron devient de plus en plus chaud (nous venons de Montpellier) et il y faisait plus chaud que chez nous. Nous avons eu un temps très lourd avec des orages secs et les incendies de sécheresse commencent à être courants dans le département. Climatisés à Montpellier, nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur dans ce gite malgré les ventilateurs présents, sans doute à cause des fenêtres de toit qui font de véritables radiateurs. Dommage car gite très plaisant et très belle vue et grand calme. Désolée de ne mettre que 4 sur 5.

    Bonjour Merci pour votre commentaire. Le réchauffement climatique se fait sentir partout et devient une triste réalité. Il se ressent partout et l'Aveyron n'est pas épargnée malheureusement.

    Gîte très agréable, bien équipé , avec une vue splendide sur la campagne aveyronnaise... Un accueil charmant de Yolande et Gilbert... Nous garderons un bon souvenir de l'Oustalou et reviendrons...

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
