The spacious holiday resort was built directly on a lagoon at the end of the 90s.
The terraced house is about 5m from the lagoon and about 400m from the wide, flat sand beach. From the terrace and the loggia you can enjoy a clear view far over the lagoon, in clear weather, up to the Pyrenees.
The terraced house is modern and comfortable.
The ground floor consists of the living, dining room with a sofa, table and two armchairs as well as a satellite TV and a radio with CD and cassette recorder.
The kitchen, with its own dining area for 4 persons, is equipped with one
4 plates electric stove with oven, microwave, washer / dryer, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.
On the ground floor is also a WC.
An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor from the ground floor.
The upper floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200, mattresses 1x160x200) and an adjacent children's room with a bunk bed (80x190) for two children as well as the bathroom with shower and WC.
The children's room and the bathroom are taken directly from the bedroom.
From here you can also get to the loggia overlooking the lagoon and the Pyrenees.
In the complex is also a swimming pool (about 3 minutes walk).
In front of the house is a parking space for a car.

Right to retract

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the holidaymaker does not have the right of withdrawal on his seasonal rental contract concluded at a distance. It can, however, benefit from cancellation conditions set by the owner.

Applicable Civil Code Rules

The contractual relationship between the owner and the holidaymaker is governed by articles 1100 and following of the Civil Code governing the law of obligations and civil liability.
