At 4.5 kilometers from de marina of Perros-Guirec on the pink coast (Côte de Granit Rose), this house is situated inside a manor of the seventeen's century. The garden of 2000 square meters is spcielly equiped for children from 1 to 100 years old : trampoline, toboggan, ping-pong table, etc. Barbecue and living room of garden will permit to appreciate outside environnement.
The house has 2 levels :
the ground floor having dining and living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette, the bathroom and toilets,
the first floor is a huge bedroom with a bed for 2 separeted by curtains from 2 beds for 1.
If you like the charm of the old stone, you will appreciate a lot the expatriation.
