Pleasant small and independent freshly renoved house in a residential district of west Nice. Garden(55 m2) and Terrace(62 m2) with view on the mediterranean sea (table,chairs and sunshade). Very pleasant for meals and tanning. Bakery at 100 m and shopping area (groceries,bookshop,chemist's) at 400 m. Beach (Promenade des Anglais) at 5 min. by car. Buses stop at 100 m. Car parking and covered car parking available for bicycles. Sorry but we don't accept pets. |
