Two rooms of hosts in new villa of typical architecture to the Basin of Arcachon (cants of fisherman) in a timbered residential district and very calms. They have their water room and WC privative, reinforced soundproofing, looked after decoration, reads 1m60 and many accessories of comfort(little refrigerator). Each room has its terrace deprived with blind-hamper and living room of garden. Carpark in front of the property. The centre town is with less than 1,5 km, trade and daily market hall in estival period. Large exceptional market every Friday, great commercial surfaces on the spot. Many restaurants. The rooms are located at: - 350 m of the cycle tracks (the most important network of France) - less than 1,5 km of the beaches of the Basin, - 4 km of a marine water level arranged, - 4 km of a sea water swimming pool, - approximately 14 km beaches of the Ocean, Festivities all the summer with strong points like the Festival of Jazz, Festivals of oyster turning on the communes of the Basin.
