Carefully restored respecting the original tradition of typical Tuscan houses (with beamed ceilings, terracotta pavements, walk-in fireplace...) the renting is located in the middle of a splendid estate famous for its wine (classified among the first 10 of Tuscany) and its cheeses (proposed in restaurants 3 Michelin stars).
Furnished with refinement and charm, the house has two floors and overhangs oak woods, corn fields and vineyards.
The ground level has :
- an entrance hall
- a large farmhouse kitchen with a big dining table.
- a living room with open fireplace and access to walled terrace. (spread-out sofa bed for up to two persons).
- two bedrooms (one twin and one double)
- two large bathrooms fitted to modern standards.
On the first floor:
- two bedrooms with two double beds each, (can be prepared as king size beds)
- three living/study rooms, one with working table and open fireplace and two of them with double sofa bed,
- two large separate bathrooms.
A private garden and a covered terrace equipped with an old baker's oven are at disposal of the guests. The swimming pool is located at 300m in the beaautiful centenary park of the Villa Renaissance, next to an old chapel of the 17th century.
Near to the towns of art (Florence, His, Pisa, San Gimignano…) and profiting from a very beautiful panorama on hills of the chianti, the hiring is ideal for cultural tourism and rest in full nature.
