Hello,
Our house is located at 5 minutes in the car of the beaches of PLENEUF-VAL-ANDRE and ERQUY (seaside resorts centenaries with label “station veils”, 4.000 inhabitants the winter each one, and 30.000 the summer each one).
Although in an environment countryside (a field on the left, a field opposite, a field on the right) the house is located in a village of about fifty houses, it is the last of an alley.
The house is independent and with calms.
All the parts are on one level with 1 room in north with 2 beds of 90 + a third bed of 90 (multi-stage compared to one of the 2 others), southern stay, southern living room, 1 southern room with a bed of 140 and southern garden, bathroom with WC, wash-house and garage. It has all comfort and is equipped like a principal house, radiator dry-towel, TV 16/9ème, Divx reader, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker (4 plates + furnace), microwave, electric refrigerator-freezer ...... heating, doubled walls (insulation), survitrage.
It is pleasant summer like winter.
Count held of the configuration of the beds, the house is ideal either for a couple and 2 children, or a couple and 3 children including one small, or 2 couples.

16/07 to the 22/07/2006 People of northern CH' are happy to have become acquainted with Brittany not starting with the Coasts of Armor, St Alban and its surroundings: courses of Erquy and Fréhel, the beach of the Valley-Andre, the market of Pléneuf, the farm of Vaumadeuc (and its delicious ices…) … that memories. And all that starting from a charming maisonnette where one smells oneself well… One wants to come this winter to only make go the chimney. Thank you with all People of northern CH'.
22/07 to the 29/07/2006 Family X Formidable, one week of sun where we regaled ourselves water so much was good. The visits of the area suffered from it but it only did not leave given. Thank you with Mr. and Mrs. LEFEBVRE for their so cordial reception, their kindness and their delicate attentions (flower in vase, crepes, cider). Really, we are enchanted by the framework of the house, its peace, its decoration and its comfort. We did not make ballades but two joggings at the seaside, on the coastal, then there, superb entireties (it is forgotten that that does not go up badly by here). Thank you also with the telephone reception of our first making of contact. Here, it is not all it but does not remain us any more to be said to you to soon
Mr. X and all his small family 29/07 to the 05/08/2006 Family y Very pleasant week with a time neither too heat, nor too cold. Beautiful walks towards the courses Fréhel and Erquy where one can alternate excursions and small halts sympas on beaches with water turquoises. Charming lodging where one smells oneself quickly at home with a mention very well for the very pleasant garden and for the quality of the reception.
PLENEUF-VAL-ANDRE has 6 beaches and Erquy 10 beaches, sand goes down gently, they are thus adapted to the all small ones. You will be able to devote yourselves to fishing with foot, the kite, the tank with veil or the parapente (launching of the Berneuf city bases).
One can sail there easily, these beaches are protected by bay from St Brieuc (not of large waves). For those which seek large waves, the beach of Plévenon, after the commune of Gold Sands is the appointment of the surfers.
All leisures to 6 km.

A blow of heart for the lifting course in the trees, located at Coëtmieux (5km) which has at the same time very accessible courses and at the same time the most difficult course that I know after having tested three other parks with the mountain.
Another blow of heart for the “Maka”, cocktail of “Laurent Bar” of thenew ones, who with only one glass will give you a a little idiotic smile.
A last blow of heart for the equinoctial tides and its storms with a memory in the Cape Fréhel (to be visited imperatively) where I was fixed on horizontal to a barrier by an oscillating wind between force 10 and 12 (it is true that I made only 75kg at the time…).
We prefer not to rent rather than to disappoint, then do not hesitate-not to ask us any question about the hiring and the surroundings, we will answer you with pleasure.
