_ The Villa is about 80 meters from the small village of Rayol that has quality shops and local services essential to life every day.
_ The sandy beach and coves are about 300 meters from the villa, the paths (green trail and lanes) for walks or bikes to be accessed from the villa.
_ Composed of 4 apartments of 32 m2 each Type2, this villa is located between the village and the beach Rayol.Both apartments are upstairs with balcony (small sea view). Two others are in Ground garden terrace. Each apartment has a private garden space of its own.
_ Each apartment is built around a living room with sofa bed (type sofa bed for 2 people in 140 * 190), a kitchen, a separate bedroom (with a bed for 2 persons 140 * 190), a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.
_ You'll find dishes and cookware, an electric stove-fire, a multifunction microwave, refrigerator / freezer (two doors), an iron and ironing board, individual furniture: a table, 5 chairs, dresser, color TV, bedding for 4 people, a cupboard, wardrobe, blankets. The garden furniture comprising 1 or 2 tables, 1 or 2 umbrellas, 4 to 8 seats following the chosen apartment, two chairs and cushions, fire extinguisher, tool kit.
_ To improve hygiene, bolsters covers, pillows and mattresses (disposable) are systematically replaced at arrival with new covers. For your arrival, a starter kit kitchen is freely available (olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, a roll of paper towels, sponge, a small trash bag.
_ Apartment with its own hot water of 100 liters, air conditioning. Flat screen TV with 26-inch LED, USB port for playing photos, videos and music.
_A Laundry outside is common to four apartments. Wi-Fi for high speed internet, safe individual type hotel provided free of charge.
_ The beach is sandy. The seabed is of exceptional clarity, the aquatic flora and fauna are at hand. The range of Rayol is very well sheltered from prevailing winds (Mistral and Tramontana).
_ All prices include service charges included.
_ Tourist tax not included: € 0.36 per person over 13 years per night (from April 1 to October 31)
_ Optional end of stay cleaning: 40 euros per apartment.
