'Villa Capo Corso': elegant property with sw.pool composed of a main villa ( sleeps 5) and a guest house ( sleeps 2), lies in the Massarosa hills around Viareggio and Lucca, just 15km from the nearest beach. Sitting on the hills, 235m above sea level, with beautiful views of the sea and of Lake Massaciuccoli, the property has a lovely garden full of flowers, totally enclosed and with two inside parking spaces. The main villa is on 3 floors and is made up of the ground floor (partly semi-basement h 2,20 mt.) , a big new fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool through stairs. The first floor has a large living room with access to a panoramic terrace, a full bathroom with shower and direct acccess to the garden and to the pool, this one through outside stairs. The second floor has a studio, a large double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (with jacuzzi and shower) , and a beautiful panoramic terrace. In front of the villa, within the property, there is an attractive guest house ( sleeps two) which we recommend at young people;it's made up of an open room with fully equipped cooking corner,a double bed (raised level) , a full bathroom (shower) and a very nice covered patio with garden furniture and barbecue. These Tuscan villa rentals have many pieces of elegant stylish furniture and a number of antiques and unique pieces collected by the owner from around the world.

Nearby there is a small tuscan village, with an old church,little shops and 2 restaurants. Massarosa which offers a supermarket, bank, post office is in the plain, 5km down the hill, while the seaside resort of Viareggio lies 15km away. And there are superb views from this villa accommodation close to Viareggio and Lucca. When it's very clear you can see Corsica island, and the house is ideal for visits to Versilia, Lucca (25km), Florence (90km), Pisa (30km), the Chianti area and the 'Cinque Terre'. There are also visits to local wineries. All kind of sports can be practise, especially water aports on the coast, mountain bike, horse riding,golf club in Pietrasanta (20km).
