To rent Country house 30 min of ROME has the house is located on a hill, glaze of olive-trees and vines, looking at the valley of the Tiber, and with beyond Ombrie..à the horizon, the mounts of Appenin, at the edge of a quiet dirt track, but in same easy and fast access time.....3 km of Orte (old village perched in top of a cliff), 20 km of Tarnished and Viterbo (very pretty chief town of province typically mediéval), and only 70 km of Rome (railroad 30min.) with a large hour of a very beautiful beach in a natural reserve, one hour of Base, Spoleto, 1h.30 of Florence etc. The house has 6 rooms to sleep and 5 bathrooms, an immense kitchen - dining room with all modern comfort (except microwawe oven) double carries-fenetre opens on a terrace pergola... Il also has there a large living room with wood fire (piano, battery, guitars.) with veranda, giving on the garden and a covered terrace. In the garden, a swimming pool of 12x6m with diving board and Roman staircase. There is also a pizza pie or baker's oven rather, at a certain distance from the house, with stone sink, stone table and pergola, super good ventilated at the time of the heats evenings of summer, a kitchen garden, fruit trees, a beautiful brook (the descent or the remontee of this one can representer in oneself minis trekking of one heure..)... and all in bottom..a the other end of the property (5 Ha).....une public thermal swimming pool, (l' water is renewed tous.les.jours +/- 34°) and a tennis court out of brick pilee. Of course you will find cupboards available for your personal effects.
