Flat of 47.8 square feet on garden level with terrace, located in a private co-ownership with garden, closed with an electrical gate. Small garden in front of the flat, and private parking place. 200 yards from Miramar's port & beach, shuttle stop for Porquerolles, Port-Cros & Le Levant Isles. Location : La Londe les Maures (Var - 83).
Entirely redone in summer 2007.
Bedding, home appliances and furnishing are new.
4 beddings :
- one mezzanine bedroom with a Queen bed (net curtains and curtains to separate the bedroom from the dining room).
- one sofa bed for 2 people in the dining room.
Mattresses and pillow cases are new and protected with plastic protections. Disposable mattress protections available in the flat, changed after each departure.
At your disposal in the flat : 1 duvet, 1 complete set of linen, 1 bedspread and blankets. You may use them, but please note they should be washed and dried before your departure for the next tenants. In case of impossibility to do it yourself, you may ask our representative who will take care of it for you for a cost of 12,- Euros.
Possibility to rent the linen to "Vacances Services", located in La Baie des Isles, 300 yards from the flat. Tel. : + 33 4 94 66 55 20.
The kitchen space is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a food processor and a toaster.
All kitchen appliances and accessories (plates, glasses, forks & knives, etc...) are new.
The dining room is equipped with a big fridge-freezer and a TV. Iron & ironing table are available, as well as a vacuum cleaner.
Large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Restrooms separated.

Possibility to pay in several instalments. 30 % of the rent on booking time, together with the signature of the renting contract.
