This appartment is located on the French Riviera, in Pegomas (6000 inh.), only 8 km from Cannes, 5 km from Mandelieu and 10 km from Grasse.
Located in a very quiet area, on the mimosas hills, it has a panoramic view on the Tanneron hills and farther on the French Alps.
The appartment is at garden level and stands on a large garden of approximately 800 m², planted with mimosa and eucalyptus trees.
In front of the appartment is a lawn terrace with garden table and chairs. The entrance is independant from the rest of the house and leads to the living room, the open kitchen and bar. A corridor leads to the bathroom (with bathtub) and the bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a bed for 2 people (140 cm), firm and confortable, bought new in April 2006. A sofa bed is in the living room and can be transformed into a bed for 2 people (140 cm).
