Hiring Villa of standing
VILLA de 190 m2, located at the exit of Vence , direction Tourrettes sur Loup (3 km), in a calm district to 2,5 km of the centre town and Matisse vault, to 10 km of the beaches of Cagnes sur Mer and Villeneuve loubet.
Many hiking trails in the vicinity, and 45 mn of the Park of Mercantour.
Airport of Nice Cote d’Azur 20 mn distant.
GARDEN: of a surface of 2024 m2, complanté of palm trees and mimosas.
SWIMMING POOL: a round swimming pool of 8m of diameter. 200 m2 of terrace, of which a covered part (~20 m2) supplement this water point.
INTERIOR OF THE VILLA: the house has a stay of 50 m2 equipped with a central chimney, and three large French windows giving directly on the terrace and the swimming pool, of a kitchen equipped with a wood-oven for pizza and bread.
In bottom: 2 rooms, a water room, a WC and a continuation/studio having entered independent and contiguous to the house), of 20 m2 with its adjacent water room and its terrace giving on the swimming pool.
