Where? Rue Sainte-Anne, less than a quarter mile from the Louvre, the Opera, the Palais-Royal, the shops of the rue Saint-Honoré… The center of Paris, the ideal neighbourhood for visiting the capital on foot or a Vélib’ bicycle (stand just around the corner), and only 200 meters to the Pyramides metro stop. Museums, theaters, restaurants, shopping, gardens (Tuileries & Palais-Royal), historical sights and department stores are all within easy walking distance. The river and the Left Bank are a pleasant, ten to fifteen minute stroll away.
What? A 35 m² (376 Sq Ft) apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, lots of light, very quiet (no street noise) and tastefully decorated, in a 17th century building. Completely renovated by architect, the apartment features an original 17th century tile floor, original designer modern furniture set off by a few antique pieces and original artwork on the walls. Three large windows open onto a quiet, sunny courtyard. In the large living room you'll find a convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD, complimentary wireless high-speed internet, a Sony stereo system, a small bilingual (French and English) library and dining nook with seating for 4. The bedroom has a double bed, reading lamps and an alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and toaster. Full bathroom with a large bathtub, shower and hairdryer. In the walk-in closet you'll find ample storage space, towels and linen, and an iron and ironing board.
