This villa perched on a cliff balcony offers a single and exceptional panorama. It dominates the valley of Siagne and benefits from the maximum sunning of the Riviera, like freshness of the back country. The Villa enjoys a assured peace in the middle of the medieval village. Near to the sea, it will offer excursions also on the spot to you and stroll making your stay unforgettable! Equipped with a swimming pool, you will be able with leisure to thus remain on the spot for your relaxation and your rest.
Built at the end of the years 1950, by the gathering of two traditional pigeon , the villa “Santa Lucia” remains on grounds, property family since nearly 5 generations. Its originality holds place in its construction integrating the old restanques ones (grounds dedicated at the origin, the culture of the olive-trees, and made up in terraces of level).
Its architecture of interior offers very beautiful volumes through parts of big sizes for a capacity of 6 people. It dominates the throats of Siagne, which one observes of the bottom of the garden. The panorama covers Bay of St Tropez in South-west, via the hills of Estérel, until Préalpes in the North-West. Unspoilable view and peace of the vicinity will contribute to make your stay a success. Located in top of the village, with a “stone jet” of an old Romance vault of XIIIè century, villa “SANTA LUCIA” is close to all the trade accessible to foot. You will find on the spot:

Villa “SANTA LUCIA” is from:
20' of GRASSE, and the first Hospital, 20' of the “Napoleon Road”, connecting GRENOBLE to NICE, via SISTERON, DIGNES LES BAINS, GAP, 30' of the beach nearest, MANDELIEU LA NAPOULE, 35' of CANNES, and its station TGV, 40' of the first vineyards of the department of Var, grown classified as “Coasts of Provence”, 40' of the first ski station of GREILIERES, 50' of NICE and its International airport, 1h 20' of SAINT TROPEZ,1h 20' of Italy, 2h of ski station of ISOLA 2000.
Two rooms of very beautiful size: One on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed. A Provencal bed (60cmx170cm) for a child of less than 8 years is there also. The other room on the first floor is made up of two twin beds. This room opens on a closed terrace, dominating the throats of Siagne and the garden. On preliminary request a “bed foldable umbrella”, for a whole young child will be provided to you. It will be able to put in one or the other of the two bedrooms. The third bed is done in the living room/dining room in the settee reads for two people (160x200).
Two water parts contiguous to each room: The shower-room is contiguous to the room on the ground floor. The bathroom with bath-tub and bidet is on the first floor, beside the room. An independent WC is located near to the entry.
Barbecue and bar: an original part with living: The wintergarden is the hopper between the house and the garden. This part closed by picture windows, accomodates a living room to take glass, beside an very old and original bar as well as barbecue of interior. A space of relaxation: benefitting from the various levels the restanques ones of the gardens, the swimming pool is of oval form (6,50m X 4,20m, constant depth of 1,20m). A living room of garden with baths of sun, hammock, parasol is at your disposal. A table-tennis table supplements this equipment of leisure.
The payment is carried out by direct credit transfer or via Paypal.
The reservation will be firm only after us to have addressed 30% of the amount of the hiring, the balance will be to regulate by the same mode, one month before the entry in the places.
A fixed price "household-maintenance of cloths and household linen placed at the disposal", will be required of you at the conclusion of your stay during the handing-over of the keys. You will regulate it directly the person in charge of your reception. It will be of 80 €. If you wish it, you will be able to call upon the person in charge of your reception in the course of stay for the regular maintenance of the villa, this service remaining of course with your suitability and your load.
Communications:
A restricted phone line is at your disposal. You will be able to receive phone calls and to pass from the calls of urgencies. From the Villa you will collect the whole of the French mobile telephone networks. If you are equipped with a laptop with a modem, and a key “3G+”, you will be able to reach network "EDGE 3G+", via the Bouygues Telecom operator, who covers the Villa.

If you come by plane, by the train, or if you wish to pass one evening on the Coast without you to trouble about the possible consequences of one evening too sprinkled, or of a bad police control… the solution is the Taxi “Candido”.
