Ranked among one of the "most beautiful detours of France", Nyons is a small medieval town in Provence, surrounded by a circle of mountains at the entrance of the Alpes of Provence, called Baronnies. Its heritage of the 14th and 15th centuries (Roman bridge, arcades square, Randonne tower) invites you for a walk in the narrow streets or take a drink at the terraces under the trees.
Nyons is the starting point for walking, moutain bike or bike tours in order to discover the smells of the surrounding hills (thyme, rosemary, lavender, fenugreek) and fields of olive and apricot trees, vineyards and lavender ones also. With 300 days of sunshine per year, the region offers Mediterranean products of high quality, ordered AOC (olive oil, wine ...).
At ten-minute walk from home, the city centre offers all kind of shops, restaurants, a famous Provencal market every Thursdays (and Sundays in the summer), a large water sports area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, slides), tennis courts.
Other points of interests : olive oil mills and museum, typical Provence farmers’ shop, lavender distillery, brocantes, and a large number of events during the summer season....

Built in 1902, the house is in the middle of its typical Mediterranean garden, at the front (pines, cypress, mimosa, oleanders, limes) and his orchard at the back (olive, apricot, fig, cherry ).
The house is built on 3 levels.
ground floor: living room, which opened on the terrace, office, one bedroom, kitchen, storage games (former garage), WC.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom (shower + bath), WC.
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms (a 3rd one is under renovation).
