This is a fully renovated house in a charming small town in Côtes d'Armor/Brittany. This house is very comfortable and can host up to 6 people on 3 stairs. The house is located in the town center in a very quiet place, walking distance from shops and public services. A very nice golf court is located at 4 kms, and there is an amusement park at 2 mns drive (with heated pool). The beautiful Côte de Granit Rose is only 15 mns driving distance. Enjoy the sandy beaches and rocky cliffs . Lots of local events happen all along the year such as the Celtic dance festival in August at Guingamp (15 kms).
