Situated at 1500 mts above sea level, at the foot of the ‘Vallée de la Blanche’, Mountain range, 4 kms from Seyne les Alpes, 45kms from Digne les Bains (nearest large town). Near 3 ski resorts: St. Jean Montclar, Chabannon and Grand Puy. Lake of Serre Ponçon (20kms), Gap (45kms), Marseille airport (180kms), Gorges du Verdon (80kms), Nice (200kms).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Beautiful villa (chalet type) at the foot of the mountains with mountain and valley view. South exposure on a garden of 4000m2: grass lawns, cherry trees, poplar trees and weeping willows. In a peaceful setting with only a few scattered chalets around.
240m2 of total surface area on 3 levels, terrace with covered swimming pool (that can be opened and closed with an electric system), wine cellar, double garage + single garage, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge with large fireplace and dinning room (70m2), central gas heating.
LOWER GARDEN LEVEL: Wine cellar, garage, washing line.
GROUND LEVEL: Covered swimming pool (12x6) and terrace, double garage with workshop, washing machine, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, another bedroom (sleeps 5), three single beds and a couch bed, one bathroom and toilet (large french window exit on the terrace).
There is an internal stairway from the garage leading up to the second level, as well as an exterior stairway to the front entrance.
SECOND LEVEL: Large lounge with fireplace and living room (70m2), big wooden table chairs and bench 2 divans 3 armchairs, bookcase, television, kitchen, toilet, double bedroom with private bathroom.
THIRD LEVEL: Large bedroom (sleeps 3) with private bathroom and toilet.

From Digne les Bains take the national route towards Seyne les Alpes (43km) and Barcelonnette. Once in Seyne les Alpes follow the Department route 900 towards 'Col St.Jean/Pompiery). After 1km you will come upon a crossroad, take the direction towards Pompiery. You will find wooden signposts indicating 'Maison Bruni'. Once you have reached the small hamlet of Pompiery, pass it and after one more kilometre you will come upon 'Maison Bruni'. Just keep following the signposts. The villa is at 4 km from Seyne les Alpes.
The keys can be collected from 'Sandrine and Yannik' who live at 500 metres past the Villa in the tiny hamlet of 'Les Hauts Savornins'. They will take you to the villa and welcome you on the property.
Sandrine and Yannik will take you to the villa and show you the functionning of the house, pool etc. For any questions you may have during the stay, please contact the young couple. Once you are ready to leave please make sure you return the keys to them and notify your departure.
