Studio Apartment for Rent. Located at 1,000m at the foot of "La Tournette" in the countryside 30 minutes from Annecy. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac with wonderful view over the mountains of Haute Savoie.
Winter: Close to all major ski resorts (all within 1 hour). Hiking with snow shoes and cross country skiing all at the door. Chains recommended in the winter.
Summer: Great for hiking and relaxing in the summer. Parasailing, paragliding, canyoning, adventure trails all within the village - 5-10 minute drive.
Sleeps 3 (160 convertible bed and 1 single bed) with fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc, and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and electric towel heater. Large terrace facing South with lots of sun/light with outdoor table and chairs and BBQ available. Under floor central heating.

Attention the nearest food stores are in Faverges which is 10km away or in Menthon St Bernard, 15km away.
Restaurants in the commune of Montmin: La Chamois, L'Edelweiss and La Pricaz located at the Col de la Forclaz which is 5km from the apartment. In the summer there is also two restaurants located on the Col de L'Aup - the Gite de Pré-Verel and the Farm located at the Col which serves traditional simple food.
