Large three bedroom apartment for rent in an old farmhouse located at 1,000m at the foot of "La Tournette" in the countryside 30 minutes from Annecy. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac with wonderful view over the mountains of Haute Savoie.
Winter: Close to all major ski resorts (all within 1 hour). Hiking with snow shoes and cross country skiing all at the door. Chains recommended in the winter.
Summer: Great for hiking and relaxing in the summer. Parasailing, paragliding, canyoning, rock climbing and adventure trails all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Sleeps 8 - 3 bedrooms (Bed 1: 160 double bed, Bed 2: 2 single beds (bunk) and 1 single trundle bed, Bed 3: 140 double bed) Lounge with convertible double bed (140) and corner lounge, television, stereo. Restaurants in the commune of Montmin: La Chamois, L'Edelweiss and La Pricaz located at the Col de la Forclaz which is 5km from the apartment. In the summer there is also two restaurants located on the Col de L'Aup - the Gite de Pré-Verel and the Farm located at the Col which serves traditional simple food.
