The cottage is situated on the edge of the peaceful medieval village of Mont St Jean, in the heart of Burgundy. It is in the region of the Mont de l'Auxois, close to the beautiful town of Semur en Auxois and the Morvan regional park. The famous vineyards of the Cotes de Nuits and Cotes de Beaune are less than an hour away. Mont St Jean itself is a hidden gem. It is very much a picture postcard setting yet remains quiet. There is a great little restaurant within walking distance and a tennis court. Rural burgundy is a paradise for nature lovers. |
