In an harmonious landscape of cultivated land and woods, inserted in the greenery of the Appennino Tosco-Romagnolo, on the side of the old way that connects Florence to Ravenna crossing Faenza, The farm holiday Pedrósola offers an holiday in a green and harmonious landscape just near the river Lamone and only 13 km away from the medieval village of Brisighella.
Agriturismo Pedrosola, a stone house with the characteristic shape of a turret, built around the years 1200 and renovated in 2000, offers 3/4 rooms with bath (maximum 8/13 persons) and 1 miniapartment (5 persons).
The rooms, particularly well-kept, have ceilings with wood rafters ad antique style furniture. They are situated on the first floor, with independent entry and with a view over the valley. From the windows one can see a beautiful view over the valley, with vineyards, woods and cultivated lands that overlook the river. Every 3 days we clean the rooms and change the linen.
Possibility to have the breakfast: € 3,00 per person.
Possibility to have the half board (on booking): the dinner is based on seasonal cycle of our organic products, characterized by traditional cooking, or, on request, vegetarian or particular dishes with the pleasant taste of our honeys (price: 19,00 € for person, drink exclused).
Agriturismo Pedrósola is situated near the medieval village of Brisighella (13 km), Faenza (27 km), Ravenna (65 km, Bologna (70 km), Ferrara (70 km), Firenze (73 km) and a lot of other interesting places of the Apennines hinterland.
In you prefer the beauties of nature, from here you can reach the il Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi, Vena del Gesso and the Green Park del Carnè and Karst Cave Tanaccia in Brisighella (13 km), Delta of the river Po (85 km) and numerous signed path CAI for trekking and mountain bike. If you prefer sport in 10 km there are swimming pools, the horsemanship, Golf Club and swimming pool Park (50 km).
It’s possible to do a guided visit to the hives.
Brisighella is the ideal place for a relaxing therapeutic break, the waters are particularly good for those with respiratory problems. For those who want peace and quiet Brisighella with its old medieval buildings and the ancient porticoes of the Via del Borgo. Those who love trekking can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Parco Carnè which is also the starting point for excursions to the Chalk Seam or Tannacia Grotto or for a walk among the Apennine flora and fauna. Every year in June and July the village is home to medieval festivals which transport it back to its ancient roots. A wide range of cultural events and tourist attractions are organised throughout the year.
For the lovers of the Italian cooking, in the environs you can find typical restaurant with traditional menu, pizzeria and a restaurant 5stars.
It is possible to reach our farm by car from Faenza of from Florence, by bus or by train, in S. Cassiano there is the station train.
