The next shops are 2 km away; 2 restaurants with regional specialities and Pizza can be reached in 5 minutes walk. All necessary facilities can be found in the small but vivid village of Santa Domenica (supermarkets, restaurants, farmacy, tabacco, post office, petrol station, etc) and the pittoresque Tropea is also only 6 km away. "Villa Titanic" was finished in 2003 and is surrounded by a very beautiful and cultivated garden in Mediterranean style covering 1500 square meters. From the Villa you have a phantastic view of the Sea and the beach, that can be reached on foot (400 meters away).
