To 30 km of Perros Guirec (axis Guingamp-Lannion), hiring of a lodging of great capacity (12 people + 3 infants up to 5 years (small adapted beds), (5 rooms + mezzanine with 1 bed-settee for 2 people), joint by a frontage with an old renovated but COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT convent, garden of 3000 m2, in the center of the village (trade), with calm, any comfort, equipped very well out of electric household appliances, very roomy. Labélisé Clévacances (2 keys) and 3 stars in Prefecture. Fast track with 1 km for Lannion (22 km), of the beaches of Perros-Guirec (25 km), Guingamp (13 km), Bégard to 4 km (watery recreation park) and the small ones quoted of character.

The official capacity of reception of the lodging is of 10 people (many beds) or 12 people if use of the bed-settee (the young children using the three small beds placed free at the disposal are not counted in the 12 people). Beyond 12 people, possibility of 4 additional beds on inflatable mattresses placed at the disposal free. The people using the inflatable mattresses will take care to bring their cloths (or bag of bed) and their bathroom linen. The capacity of reception will not be able, to in no case, exceed 16 people.
From 13 to 16 people: 8 euros/nobody/day to add to the price of the week, taking into account additional consumption out of water, electricity and gas that generates.
INSTALLMENT OF RESERVATION: 30% OF THE PRICE OF THE STAY

Visitor's tax (of 1st at September 30): 0,50 euros/nobody (as of 13 years)/day

WITH the HIRING OF the LODGING, possibility of an additional room (2 beds of 0,80 X 200 cm) with bathroom deprived in the housing of the owner located at 50 m of the lodging: 35 euros/night.
APART FROM School vacations, I will with pleasure accomodate you for WEEKEND OR Short stays.
2 nights weekend: 350 euros (either 35 euros/nobody for the weekend on the basis of of 10 people or 12 people if use of the bed-settee). The additional night: 175 euros.
